BBR have a long association with Aston Martin cars, since the early 80's BBR have been rebuilding, modifying and dyno testing Aston's engines. We have seen them all, straight sixes, V8's (up to 850BHP!) and now the awesome V12's.

During recent dyno testing on the 6 cylinder DB7 engine we have found a way to revitalise your DB7 and turn it into the car it always should have been, we offer two levels of conversion, as follows.

DB7 6 cylinder 3.2L

LEVEL ONE, By reengineering the way the supercharger operates, and altering the software accordingly, we can get rid of those annoying flat spots and hesitations for good! and you get an extra 30BHP! The work is visually undetectable and servicing etc, stays the same, cost £995, allow 6 hours to complete the work, while you wait!

For the DB7 Guys that want something special, we can offer a further level of power tuning as follows:

LEVEL TWO, We transform the engine, from a very sluggish fuel guzzling 330BHP to a stunning 400BHP, by increasing the efficiency of the supercharger unit and other detailed changes to the ECU software. We achieve a whacking 70BHP increase in power, with an incredible increase of 90+ LB FT of midrange torque. The conversion is visually undetectable, and service intervals remain as standard, owners report general fuel consumption is very much improved.

DB7 V12 5.9L

Well Guys, we did it, we now have a fully test cell (engine dyno) and road tested V12 engine conversion. The conversion was carried out on a DB7 GT but is also suitable for both non GT spec V12's, and the new DB9. The conversion comprises of our own modified camshafts, race ported and flowed cylinder heads with raised compression ratios and, substantially remapping the twin ecu's to be compatible with the engine work. The end result gave us an incredible 529BHP with an exceptional 496LB FT of mid range torque.
