Ford Sierra Cosworth 2.0 Turbo


Whether it’s 2 or 4 wheel drive, 3 or 4 door, Sierra, Sapphire, or Escort, we are the specialists.

We were one of the first companies to develop turbocharger performance upgrades for this great car and when we stopped running the Mitsubishi works saloon car team, progressed to building our own Group A Cosworth Saloon Racers, one of which we campaigned in the RAC championship. Being a fully functional race shop, we designed and manufactured everything for this car, from engines, turbochargers and electronics to chassis, suspension and brakes.

During this period, we developed a stunning range of conversions for both road and track use which have been continuously updated to incorporate new ideas and technology ever since.

These conversions have long formed the standard against which others are compared: there are none as well engineered, reliable and cost effective as ours. All our engine conversions are developed and tested on our in-house Superflow 7100 dyno, which is a one of the world's best for this type of work. Suspensions too are carefully designed and track-tuned. In short, everything works as it is supposed to; no wasted effort, no wasted money.

Our performance figures speak for themselves (All independently obtained on 5th wheel equipment)

0-60mph - 3.2 seconds
0-100mph - 7.2 seconds
0-130mph - 11 seconds

We have also seen the highest top speed ever recorded by a Cosworth. Our "Mogul 400" reached 186mph around Hockenheim!!  At that speed, the air pressure on the car was so great it began to force the doors open!

At the time this was the fastest (and most publicised) production four door saloon car in the world - maybe it still is - and it is still in regular, everyday use out there in the Far East.

We now offer a huge range of conversions for these cars, from minor tune-ups to major refurbishments. We have so much experience with these cars that we can tailor make a conversion to suit any customer's exact needs, road car or competition, from 285bhp to 500 plus!

We also have parts available if you want to take the turbo off completely and build a normally aspirated screamer - pistons, cams, throttle slides, trumpets, dry sump equipment - you name it!!

As these vehicles have become collector's cars, refurbishment business is now booming.  Most parts are still available but it will not be long before they become obsolete so now is the time to bring the car back to new.
