| 1. Install BBR Big valve ported cylinder head
with manifolds to suit and BBR Camshaft. Note it
takes us four days to machine, carve out the ports,
fettle, polish and rebuild with our modified camshaft. |
1. Install Works modified cylinder head; the very
basic work done to the Works cylinder head would
take us just 20 minutes! Manifolds and camshaft
remain untouched. This is not a modified
cylinder head, why do they fit it? |
| 2. The standard supercharger is fitted with a
BBR high speed pulley. |
2. The supercharger has coated rotors and a lower
speed pulley than ours! Why bother when the standard
unit is perfectly safe at this RPM? |
| 3. BBR fit a Race Proven Cosworth belt idler pulley |
3. The low quality original belt idler pulley
is retained. |
| 4. ECU reprogramming, BBR following extensive
dyno testing remap, Ignition, fuel, knock, air flow
maps and mute the traction control by approx 40%. |
4. ECU reprogramming, Works do not change much?
But they do over fuel the motor so much in the mid
range it feels soggy and uses far too much fuel!
This makes it uneconomical and expensive to run
on the road! |

warranty. |
